Quite honestly, the best car-buying experience ever. Everyone from the salesperson John Mabee to finance manager Charlie Vaccaro to GM Ashley Bradshaw made this experience amazing. John was patient and didn't pressure us whatsover..... consulted and let us make our decision. Charlie fought hard to find us the right deal and went the extra mile to secure better financing. I JUST WANT TO SAY GIVE TOMMY LEWIS IN SERVICE 5 STARS I HAVE BROUGHT 15 CARS HERE OVER THE YEARS. I ADMIT THAT I STAYED AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPT OVER THE YEARS BUT NO MORE TOMMY TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEMS ON MY 06 F150 SUPER CREW. WILL BE BACK AND I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE SERVICE DEPT IS THE CLEANEST IN TOWN.

Typically buying a car can be a very stressful ordeal... I got to say this was not the case at Finish Line Ford. Jason and Charlie... you made it a great experience. Thank You and your team of staff for working with my family. I have been in the car Biz for 10 years, in 2008 i decided to try something new. I had put the LONG HOURS and Much Stress Behind me. I had Looked at Thousands of vehicles via internet and had 15 stock#s picked out to look at when my wife and I drove from Springfield to look at your vast selection! We found the Perfect 2010 Toyota Camry with low miles and even Lower Price! My wife and I drove 3 cars and that was THE ONE!! From the salesman too the Mgr. your team put it together perfect. Your finance guy Lee was a pleasure to work with and patience of JOB! LEE went the extra mile for me to get the best rate and protection we needed! I felt NO PRESSURE and for that I am greatful! I would like to write a positive review on finance manager Charlie. He goes above and beyond the call of his duty. Yet another reason why Finish Line Ford will continue my business retention. He lowered my interested rate by nearly 10% calling in favors. That is a dependable and reliable person to help me even when he does not have to go to that extra length, for a customer. Kudos to Ashely Green Bradshaw for motivating and employing only the best Peoria has to offer. Finish Line Ford can only be as good as it team leader! Thank you to all. Will be back for my Audi very soon!

To be successful in any sales you need to become knowledgeable about your product. Treat people with genuine respect and stay at one dealership. To be a good salesman in general, you need to listen to the buyer, and don't place pressure on one. Enthusiasm sells!!!   This is how I would describe John Mabee.  Mr. Mabee Cares about his customer. He doesn't just see dollar signs. If I am thinking of purchasing a particular vehicle, he doesn't just let me buy the most expensive one, he figures out my need(s). I have purchased several vehicles from John and gives me his honest opinion and I've grown to trust him, even though I know it would lower his commission, he has my best interest.
